We use our own compost loaded with mycelium as well as a natural nitrogen builder to give us excellent soil quality with significant resistance to pests while producing high quality plants.

Spanish Roja is our most popular Garlic. As a Rocambole Garlic, it has an arguably deeper and more satisfying flavor. Ranking as one of the favorite flavors among the best chefs in the United States it has a heat with a sweetness that is unique and sought after. It is best to buy this garlic locally as it is only produced on smaller scale farms like ours. It is not available year round so get it while it’s in stock as it’s shelf life often won’t make it past January.
MUSIC – HOT WHEN RAW WITH GREAT CARAMEL LIKE SWEETNESS WHEN ROASTED – a great all around garlic.
Like other porcelains, Music has very high allicin content which is needed when using garlic for medicinal purposes. We love it’s mild flavor and it’s easy to peel. Warm sweet flavor with no bitterness when cooked. We use this for just about any dish and roasted as an entire head. This is a Garlic lovers Garlic with a slightly longer shelf life and can be stored until early to late spring.
